Has anyone been successful connecting the new 2401 board to HomeBridge/HomeKit?
I have been fighting two boards for 3 days now on both ethernet and wifi and neither will fully load into Homekit…specifically the zones are not recognized. The Alarm shows up in HomeKit, but none of the zones appear. They are listed in json file, just not showing up in HK
I have an older Pro board and it works just fine…its the latest 2401 boards that Im having issues with.
There is no difference between the hardware revisions with regard to integrations and device firmware/software. It’s probably a configuration problem, not hardware related.
Can I have BlaQ setup for SmartThings and Alarm Pro setup for HomeBridge in the same account “My Devices” ?
Yes, each device works independently.
I saw a similar thing when I updated firmware on a panel… the config was already setup in the homebridge plugin but I hadn’t “saved” the plugin config. When you look at the panel status in the konnected app, do you see the correct config?
Thanks, I do see the correct config. because I used this info to populate the Hombridge/Konnected settings. although in the Homebridge plugin, the UUID is not populating
