I’ll never ever buy a Chamberlain product, what a horrible company.
Most new construction builders will use them by default via their suppliers - if you’re building a home, demand your builder does NOT use their products.
Or, if you buy a home with one already installed with their new Security 3.0+ systems, just get that Third Reality Garage Door Opener discussed in the Verge article. Otherwise, I’ll be happy with my Konnected Garage Door Opener.
It’s ridiculous that Chamberlain goes through all that work to lock you in only to be thwarted by a simple physical button-pushing device. Jerks.
