Support for honeywell control panels

When the builder built my house they put in a honeywell system with a vista main board and a couple of control panels with keypads a 2-line display.
I know I can replace the main board with a konnected pcb. I’d rather not remove the control panels when there is nothing to replace them. They are mounted in the right places to be able to arm and disarm the system. It would be great if konnected could support the panels. I suspect others are in the same boat when it comes to what was installed before.

I would second this. Replacing a wired control panel with a wireless tablet is not a secure option. The reason to me Konnected is a good smart home alternative to the original alarm system. But currently using a smart phone or wireless tablet to arm/disarm a security alarm system seems a step backward.

I would suggest you replace the Honeywell with a Ring keypad v2. This is a zwave device that can be recognized by a SmartThings compatible hub and arm and disarm your Konnected.io panel. You will have to use a 12v to 5v adapter that Konnected.io sells to power the Ring keypad.
