Motion Detectors Not working

All of my motion detector seem to have stopped working. They all show ‘Motion Detected’ and their history stopped at 5:29 on Saturday.

It appears that my CO & smoke detectors are functioning (the green light is flashing). At least I hope so…

The light on my Pro Panel is solid yellow. I rebooted it a couple of times and still solid yellow.

Where (and how) should I start troubleshooting?

Something doesn’t seem right. There isn’t a yellow LED on the Pro Panel. Maybe you’re seeing the green led?

It has a green power indicator LED (labeled “POWER”) which should be on steady whenever the device is powered.

It also has a blue status LED (labeled “STATUS”) which blinks on activity.

It also has two red alarm LEDs, that indicate if either of the alarm outputs are active.

We’d need more information about what platform you’re using. You can start troubleshooting by opening the device page in the browser or Konnected app and make sure that it’s online.

You were right, something was wrong. When I visually checked the wiring it looked OK. This morning I tested the buss connection I used for powering multiple devices and saw that it wasn’t 12V. I reconnected it and everything is good.
