Just installed a Konnected White V2 and am trying to add it to Google Home via Smartthings.
I watched the walkthrough on YT for adding the GDO to Smartthings, but when I add the device to SmartThings it pulls in 3x separate devices - the Opener, Pre-close Warning”, and “STR Output” - see screenshot 1 (in YT walkthrough only the Opener pulls in).
But my bigger issue is then when I link Smartthings to Google Home it will only pull in “STR Output”. The actual Opener device from SmartThings does not pull in to Google Home, which leaves me unable to control the door within Google Home.
I also saw the update that we should be able to now connect to Google Home directly, but when I try to look for Konnected under “Works with Google” services it’s not there.
Can someone please help tell me what I’m doing wrong?
