I ordered a 12 zone pro conversion kit on Black Friday week. Still not shipping but that's OK. In preparing ahead of time I was looking at Fire Tablets and the variety of them available. I will be replacing two old-style keypads. I even have an early one (don't know which...gotta find it somewhere,) My question is which ones work best with the system. I see the latest and most have a choice of 32 or 64 GB ram and ads or no ads. So what makes the most sense from your experiences.? I don't want an expensive piece of hardware sitting on the wall running at only a small percent of capacity but I do want it to adequately run well when I need it with a good response. What about software I will need? Any purchases or subscriptions needed that aren't mentioned previously? So what do you all think and why?
