I recently bought a telecom capture A20 dual tech PIR and trying to integrate with konnected alarm panel. I don’t see any documentation for connecting dual tech PIR wiring diagrams. I have tried with konnected panel zone input and common for the dual tech sensor and 12 voltage I provided from AUX + and AUX - . But sensor seems to be working , but unfortunately konnected panel not recognising. I am using Hubitat /konnected combo. Any advise please.Currently I am using single zone. The sensor is working. But in Hubitat it shows no logs or not sending any active / inactive state from konnected..
In picture terminal block, from left side - and + from konnected AUX - and AUX + .
A - konnected zone positive input
B- Konnected zone common input.
Haven’t seen this one before.
Is there a way to set it without any EOL resistance? Basically a raw dry contact?
Can you share the manual or wiring guides/settings?
Thanks Nate for responding to me. I have struggle to connect two PIR sensors wiring the zone input. Technically these two models, will support without EOL wiring, that means we can turn it of the resistor setting by switch.

I am able to power up the sensor with AUX configuration ,but no debug trace logging or device is not identified in the konnected panel, I am using Hubitat elevation for automation. Other connected PIR sensors (old models) working fine with konnected panel. I can able to see in Hubitat .

I briefly looked at the manual and I didn’t see any clear settings to disable the EOL completely to make it a dry contact. I suggest checking the contacts with a multimeter and see if it’s opening and closing the way you expect.
