We’ve been trying to debug our panel for months as it sometimes works then doesn’t when connected to all devices. It’s now working again but the SmartThings devices were all offline. We tried to unlink and relink Konnected from / to SmartThings but got the attached error.
Can someone reach out to Samsung please?
I had so many issues with SmartThings that I switched to Home Assistant (HA) and have been EXTREMELY happy. Yes, the switch was painful BUT well worth it! I have not had any issues since the switchover AND HA is so much more flexible!!! Good luck!
Thanks, I was looking for help with this specific error, not to change the entire system. The error may have disappeared of its own accord (or more likely someone fixed the bug).
