Does anyone have one of these AX6000 Next-Gen Wi-Fi Routers from TP-Link successfully working with Konnected? A customer has this router but cannot connect his Konnected 6-zone Panel (purchased in Nov 2023) via this router.
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20230906 rel.52143(5553)
Hardware Version: Archer AX6000 v1.0.
The customer got the local IP address and port of the board and entered it manually. He then observed it randomly connecting and disconnecting several times over a 24-hour period.
UPnP is on, Smart Connect is off, and all other settings are auto and default values. He has other 2.4 GHz clients that connect and stay connected with no issues.
