Hi Community. I replaced my old ADT/Honeywell system with Konnected and there were two wires that were oddly connected. A wire labeled “Family Room Door” blue wire was connected to a “Kitchen Door” red wire. None of the other wires in the bundle were connected to anything else. I disconnected them and wired the Family Room Door blue/red to a Konnected zone and the Kitchen Door blue/red to a different Konnected zone, but when configured as binary sensors the doors always show as open.
Any ideas on what’s going on here?
