When I select Noonlight in the Konnect App on my Android I only get a blank white screen

I bought the 12 zone alarm system on Amazon
I have setup a device in the Konnect App on my phone.
I have created an account with Noonlight (and provided a credit card for service).

[My Issue]
When I select Noonlight in the Konnect App on my Android I only get a blank white screen.
