I’m planning to install a Konnected panel and I’d like to use a fingerprint reader to activate/deactivate the system.
I can’t find any info on the subject, do you know if it’s possible to natively associate a fingerprint reader with Konnected ?

I don’t believe the Konnected Alarm Panels alone can do this, as the Konnected Alarm Panels are intended to be integrated with a smart home platform (Home Assistant, Hubitat, etc) which can also integrate other sensors (like a fingerprint sensor) and also handle all the logic for an alarm system.
It may be possible with the Grow Fingerprint Reader component in ESPHome and diy hardware similar to the one linked below. You’d have to customize the firmware yourself in ESPHome and looks like you would need a couple of zones for the serial communication to the reader. I haven’t tried this. Looks like a cool idea though!
