Hi all, I currently have a 9651 alarm system installed, however I want to take the panel off the board and get some pics and idea of what I'm working with!
Unfortunately I don't have any of the codes to arm/disarm or go into engineering mode, and the company who installed it want a fee to disarm! I have taken the cover off in the past, which has triggered the alarm and the (loud!) external siren sounds until the panel is replaced.
My question is, if I go ahead and install a Konnected panel, is there any way to silence the alarm as I'm assuming it will also sound when disconnected as the system is wired for tamper, or will I have to live with the noise whilst trying to wire everything?
