Ceiling mount motion sensor

With zigbee ceiling mount motion sensors going the way of the dodo bird, and zwave being too slow, I want to get a small, flush ceiling mount motion sensor that I can integrate with Konnected.  Any suggestions on make and model that folks have had luck with?  Would rather not retrofit a flatter motion sensor into a ceiling mount.
